You can also link your Aadhaar and your bank account on this application. Here is how this typically works:

Step 1: Log in to your bank’s mobile application using your username and password.

Step 2: Under the ‘Service Request’ tab, select the option to link your Aadhaar.

Step 3: Select the bank account that you wish to link (in case of multiple accounts), fill in the Aadhaar details required, and submit them on the app.

You can directly drop in one of the nearest branches of your banking partner and follow the steps listed below to link your Aadhaar and your bank account. 

Step 1: Visit the bank branch and ask for the ‘Aadhaar Linking’ application form.

Step 2: Fill in the details required in the form, like your personal details, your bank account details and your Aadhaar number.

Step 3: Attach a self-attested copy of your Aadhaar card along with the form.

Step 4: Submit the application form and the self-attested copy of the Aadhaar at the relevant counter in the bank.

Once this is done, your bank will automatically be linked with your Aadhaar, and you will receive a notification about the same via an SMS sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 1: Visit an ATM of your bank that is in your neighbourhood.

Step 2: Insert your debit card and enter your PIN.

Step 3: Then select the ‘Service Registration’ option.

Step 4: Choose the ‘Aadhaar Registration’ option after this.

Step 6: Then, enter your Aadhaar number once and re-enter it for additional confirmation.
