How do I handle Re-KYC if there's a change in my Date of Birth or Address?

If your address or DOB has changed and Federal Bank doesn't have the updated KYC documents, you need to submit the new documents to keep your account up to date.
Using this link, users must log in to the Fed Point portal and update the Federal Bank KYC Update. To access the portal, users must log in with their account number, receive an OTP on their registered mobile, and enter it. After logging in, they can select KYC UPLOAD to update their KYC information.

Login: Visit the Federal Bank KYC Update link.

Enter Account Number: Click Next and enter your account number.

OTP Verification: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Authenticate Debit Card: Click Authenticate Card, enter your Debit Card PIN and expiry date, then click Submit.

Upload KYC: Click Upload KYC and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Confirm Document Changes: If your KYC documents have not changed, declare and give consent; if they have, click Upload to upload new documents.

Enter Details: Enter your city, country, and select the valid ID type (Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License).

Submit: Click Continue and then Submit.

KYC Update: KYC update will be completed in 3 days, and your account will become KYC compliant.
