What if I've changed my mobile number at the bank?

If your mobile number has changed at the bank, follow these steps to login with the new number on the Fi App:

  1. Open the Fi App on your existing/new device.
  2. Log in with your new phone number and existing mail id. 
  3. Complete the liveness check and device registration process.
    This will update your phone number on the Fi App, ensuring seamless access to your account.
