Why am I now seeing an 'Aadhaar validation pending' message when I was previously able to invest on other platforms? I completed the Mutual Funds KYC on Fi three days ago but still, see an 'Aadhaar validation pending' message. Why?

In cases where you have submitted Aadhar as Proof of Address, the KYC has to be validated by the KYC Registration Agency (KRA).
If you have done it with Fi, we will escalate your issue with our partner CVL KRA if there is a delay in the validation.
Meanwhile, you can expedite it by re-validating your Aadhaar details with these steps:

  1. Find out which KRA performed your KYC by entering your PAN number here 
  2. Once you know the KRA, visit their website to re-validate the Aadhaar details:
    a. NDML KRA website
    b. CVL KRA website
    c. CAMS KRA website
