How do I raise complaints or share feedback on credit report-related matters?

If you have issues with the information in the Credit Information Report or with other credit report-related issues, contact the relevant Credit Information Company (CIC). They will assist you with further action and the resolution process.

You can raise such complaints to the concerned CIC:

Level 1:

Email - You can write to us at help@fi.care.

Level 2:

If you have not received a satisfactory response within 10 working days, please send an email to our Escalations Desk at escalationsdesk@fi.care

Level 3:

If your issue has not been resolved or you are unsatisfied with the resolution at "Level 2" in 5 working days, you may reach out to the nodal grievance redressal officer, Mr Srinivas R, at grievanceofficer@fi.care.

Note: No issue can jump directly from Level 1 to Level 3!
