There could be a couple of reasons why this happened. 

• Your code has been used 150 times to sign up on Fi.
• Your friend may not be using the latest version of the Fi app from the Play Store.
• They might have made a typo while entering the code. (Mistakes happen!)
• We were unable to verify their work status. Your friend will need to be a working professional to be able to open a Federal Bank Savings Account through Fi.
