There could be a couple of reasons why your referral code didn't work.

Here are some common ones:

• Your code has been used 150 times to sign up
• Your friend may not be using the latest version of the Fi app from the Play Store.
• They might have already received a referral code from Fi while signing up for early access on our website.
• They may have tried to sign up on Fi before using the same number or email ID — but using a different referral code.
