My friend is not able to use my referral code. What do I do?
There could be a couple of reasons why your referral code didn't work.
Here are some common ones:
Your code has been used 150 times to sign up
Your friend may not be using the latest version of the Fi app from the Play Store.
They might have already received a referral code from Fi while signing up for early access on our website.
They may have tried to sign up on Fi before using the same number or email ID — but using a different referral code.
