Can I update my phone number or email if I have active products (e.g. loans, )?

Currently, if you have any active products such as loans, you will not be able to update your phone number. This restriction is in place to ensure the security and integrity of your active services. We are working to resolve this issue and will notify you once this functionality becomes available.
