There could be a few reasons why this is happening:

• The transaction is still being processed. You may see an update in some time.

• The transaction could have failed or been reversed. If this is the case, the amount will get refunded within 2 days for all IMPS/NEFT/RTGS payments. UPI & Debit Card transactions will get refunded within 5 days.
