If you got disconnected less than 2 minutes ago:
You can reconnect with the same Federal Bank vKYC Relationship Manager (RM) you were talking to and complete your KYC verification.
If you got disconnected more than 2 minutes ago:
A new Federal Bank vKYC RM will be assigned to you on another call. To reconnect, tap on the green banner displayed at the top of the app's Home screen.
Please note: Federal Bank vKYC RMs are available from 10 am to 7 pm on all days except national holidays.
