How can I check my VKYC status after 48 hours post video call?
If it has been more than 48 hours since you completed your VKYC call, try the following steps:
- Tap on your Profile Picture on the Home screen.
- You will see the 'My Profile' section
- If your VKYC was approved, you will not see 'Minimum KYC' written on top of your name.
- If you will see 'Minimum KYC' written on top of your name, that means your VKYC is not approved.
