How do I make a Video KYC call?

Ready to get started? Here’s how:

Open the Fi App on your device.Tap on "My Profile" and then click on the VKYC banner to start the call.

You will be going through pre-call checks before connecting to a VKYC agent.

Once the checks are done, you’ll be connected to a Video KYC agent.

No Agent Available? No worries! If you're unable to connect, please try again later—our agents are available 7 days a week, 10 AM to 7 PM including national holidays
