Transaction Issues

My balance is not updating after completing a transaction

This could be happening because:

  • The transaction is still being processed. You may see an update in some time.
  • The transaction could have failed or been reversed. If this is the case, the amount will be returned within 2 days for all IMPS/NEFT/RTGS transactions. 
  • UPI and Debit card transactions will reflect in your account within 5 days.
