I was charged extra by a merchant. What do I do?

You should contact the merchant's customer care team and get the extra amount back as a refund. 

 

But before you do that, check your transaction history once again. Make a note of the reference number for the transaction.

Also, check for any difference in the amount paid.  

This will be useful when you ask the merchant to return the extra amount to you.
