How do I raise a dispute on a transaction?

Here's how you can raise a dispute on the Fi app:

  1. Tap on the 'Pay' section of the homepage

  2. Tap 'All Transactions'

  3. Choose the transaction against which you'd like to raise a dispute

  4. Tap 'UPI Help / Get Help'

  5. Tap 'Raise Dispute'

  6. Answer a few questions related to the dispute

  7. Tap 'Submit'
