Here's how you can check or cancel mandates on the Fi app:"
Open the Fi app → go to the Pay section → tap Manage AutoPay.
Tap All Mandates to view your active mandates.
To cancel a mandate: Select the one you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.
For Debit Card mandates, tap here to view your details, and follow the on-screen instructions.
For Nach Mandates: Select the NACH mandate you wish to cancel. A support ticket is automatically created to initiate and track the progress of your NACH cancellation. You will also receive automatic updates on the status of your request.
For SI mandates: Select the mandate you wish to cancel and follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation.
For UPI mandates: Select the mandate → tap Cancel
Note: If you don’t see the Cancel option for a UPI mandate, that particular mandate isn’t eligible for cancellation.
Sometimes UPI mandates, such as those for Loans and EMIs, are managed by the merchant. These can’t be cancelled directly on the Fi app (as they’re linked to an ongoing service or agreement).
To stop these payments, please cancel the service with the merchant first. Once that’s done, the mandate will be automatically revoked.
