If I get a new phone, how do I access the Fi app on it?

You can quickly re-access Fi on your new phone with the below steps:

  • Install the latest version of the Fi app on your new device. 
  • Tap on ‘Log in’. 
  • Enter the phone number or email ID that’s currently linked to your account. 
  • For security reasons, next, we’ll verify your identity. After which, we’ll update your device details too. 

Need To Know: After we’ve completed your device update, you won’t be able to use your Savings Account from your old device. 

Before you update your details: Make sure that your ATM Card is activated & you've set a Card PIN. Also, ensure that you haven't frozen/suspended your card.
