I'm unable to move past the video verification stage. What do I do?

Our video verification tech works best if you are in a well-lit place.

Just ensure that you're in an area with good connectivity.

  • Once the process starts, make sure the outline of your face remains aligned with the on-screen oval marker. 
  • After your face is detected, tap on the record button & read the on-screen authentication code out loud. Example: If the code is 7065, please read it out as "Seven-Zero-Six-Five."
