How do I update my phone number?

That's an easy fix. 

To update your mobile number in the Fi App, follow these steps:

Open the Fi App and go to Profile > About Me > Contact Details.

  1. Tap your current mobile number and select Edit Contact Details.
  2. Click Logout to begin the update process.
  3. Enter your new mobile number (linked to your Aadhaar) and tap Update.
  4. Complete the identity verification process, which includes:
    • Device Registration (DR): Register your device to enhance security.
    • Liveness Check: Confirm you're a real person by performing a liveness check.
    • E-KYC: Complete the Electronic Know Your Customer process to verify your identity.
    • Debit Card PIN Validation: Enter your Debit Card PIN to authenticate and secure the process.
  5. Once all steps are completed, your mobile number will be updated.
  6. Log back into the Fi App with your new number.

Important Note: You can only update your phone number once every 6 months.
