How do I switch from the Android to the iOS app?

It's super easy to make the switch from Android to iOS on Fi.

Follow these steps, and you'll regain access quickly: 

  • Install the latest version of 'Fi Money' from the App store. 
  • Tap on 'Log in'. 
  • Enter the phone number or email ID that's currently linked to your Savings Account. 
  • After you've provided these details, we'll verify your identity. 
  • For security reasons, the verification process includes a short video recording & your ATM Card PIN.

Once you've completed the process, we'll update your device details too. 

However, now you won't be able to use your Savings Account from your old device. TL;DR: No backsies!  

Before you update your details: Make sure that your ATM Card is activated & you've set a Card PIN. 

Also, ensure that you haven't frozen/suspended your card.
