You can. But the process depends on your ability to access the Fi app!
If you currently have access to the Fi app:
Please activate your card and set your ATM Card PIN before changing your device or updating your phone number/ email ID.
If you are logged out or can't access the Fi app:
- Place a call to our banking partner's self-help line. You can reach Federal Bank's IVR at 0484-2866700.
- After card activation is complete, you can log in to the Fi app.
- Be sure to enter the new details that require linking to your account.
- After you've provided these details, we'll verify your identity.
- For security reasons, the verification process includes a short video recording & your ATM Card PIN.
Once the procedure is complete, we'll update your details.
Now, you can log in to the Fi app once again.
