Can I update my phone number, email ID or device if my card is not active?

You can. But the process depends on your ability to access the Fi app!

If you currently have access to the Fi app: 

Please activate your card and set your ATM Card PIN before changing your device or updating your phone number/ email ID. 

If you are logged out or can't access the Fi app: 

  • Place a call to our banking partner's self-help line. You can reach Federal Bank's IVR at 0484-2866700.
  • After card activation is complete, you can log in to the Fi app.
  • Be sure to enter the new details that require linking to your account. 
  • After you've provided these details, we'll verify your identity. 
  • For security reasons, the verification process includes a short video recording & your ATM Card PIN. 

Once the procedure is complete, we'll update your details. 

Now, you can log in to the Fi app once again.
