The address in my KYC record is incomplete. What do I do?

Uh-oh! Unfortunately, that's a roadblock we cannot help you bypass. Your best options are to update your KYC documents (CKYC Records or Aadhaar) with a complete verified address.

 

Once that's done, you can attempt to sign up for a Federal Bank Savings Account on Fi again.
