I didn't receive my Aadhar OTP

Uh-oh! Here's how this can get sorted out. 

  • Make sure you're using an Aadhaar-linked phone number. In case your number is not linked, consider doing so. It's an expectation from the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). 
  • Once your contact number's linked, retry signing up on Fi. 
  • Enter the OTP you receive during our sign up process.
