My invested fund’s NAV is not updated. Why is this happening?

If you place an investment request after 2 PM: rest easy; it gets picked up for processing only the next working day. Then, that particular day’s NAV gets applied. Your investment request will remain tagged as ‘Fund house processing’ until NAV details get updated.

If you have placed your order before 2 PM, but your Mutual Funds order still says “Fund house processing”, please wait for some time — it usually changes automatically by the next working day.

However, if the order’s state doesn’t change past 10 AM on the next day, please give us a call, and we’ll be able to sort it out.
