Viewing Insights

I don’t see any insight! What’s happening?

Uh-oh! It looks like we weren't able to find any emails from significant E-commerce businesses or merchants in your mailbox. 

 

Insights work best if linked to the Google account where you receive transactional updates from – Amazon, Myntra, Zomato, Swiggy, Big Basket, Flipkart, and so on. Could you please confirm you are using the right Google account for this? 

 

Here's what you need to do: 

  1. On the bottom of every Insight screen, you'll notice an email address – tap it. 
  2. You'll find a screen that says 'Connect another Google Account to track your spends' 
  3. Follow the simple on-screen instructions, and we'll do the rest.
