What steps should I take to get my account unfrozen due to an LEA complaint?

To resolve an LEA complaint:

  1. Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the LEA (Law Enforcement Agency) involved. You can find their details in the email sent to you from investigations@fi.care.

Request the LEA to notify the Federal Bank on tmcomplaints@federalbank.co.in regarding your account status.
