To resolve an LEA complaint:
1: Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Law enforcement authority (LEA ) involved. You can find their details in the email sent by Fi to your registered email address.
2: Request the the Law enforcement authority (LEA) to share the NOC directly to our partner bank's email ID: tmcomplaints@federalbank.co.in
Please Note : Typically, the process to unfreeze the account takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks after the respective LEA submits the NOC (No Objection Certificate) to the Federal Bank.
