After completing all the steps mentioned in the a/c closure email,
- Please reply to that same email confirming every step is completed, post this your account will be closed.
- After all other closure requirements are fulfilled, your account will be temporarily unfrozen
- You can then add funds equal to or greater than the pending charges. (If applicable)
- The outstanding amount will be automatically deducted.
- After successful deduction, your account closure will be initiated.
- The account is typically closed within 3 days after this step.
