1. Open the Fi app.
   
   
2. Go to the Fixed/Smart Deposits section.
   
   
3. Select the specific FD/SD.
   
   
4. Tap the three dots (⋮) at the top right.
   
   
5. Select “Get Statement.”
   
   
6. The statement will be sent to your registered email ID. You can find the FD/SD account number in that statement.
   

What next?

Once you have shared the consent, alternate bank account details, and FD/SD account number, please complete all the steps mentioned in the account closure email.

After completing all the steps, please inform Fi support so we can proceed with your account closure request.
