How do I provide details for my Fixed/Smart Deposit to proceed with account closure?

Your account closure request may be on hold if you have an active Fixed Deposit (FD) or Smart Deposit (SD) linked to your Fi account.

To proceed, please share the following:

1. Your consent to close the FD/SD


 A written confirmation over email authorizing closure of your Fixed/Smart Deposit.

You may use this format:

I, [Full Name], authorize Fi to close my Fixed/Smart Deposit and transfer the proceeds to the alternate bank account shared by me.

2. Alternate bank account details

  • Account Holder’s Name

  • Account Number

  • IFSC CodeNote: The alternate bank account must be in your name.
