Your account closure request may be on hold if UPI Lite is still active on your account. UPI Lite must be de-linked before we can proceed with closing your account.

Please follow the steps below to de-link UPI Lite. You can use any one of the methods depending on the app you use.

Option 1: De-link UPI Lite in Google Pay

1. Open the Google Pay app.
   
   
2. Tap your profile picture at the top right.
   
   
3. Select UPI Lite.
   
   
4. Tap the three dots at the top right.
   
   
5. Tap Delete UPI Lite.
   
   
6. Confirm by tapping Delete.
   

Option 2: De-link UPI Lite in PhonePe

1. Open the PhonePe app.
   
   
2. Tap UPI Lite on the home screen
   OR tap your profile picture and select UPI Lite under Payment Methods.
   
   
3. Tap the three dots at the top right corner.
   
   
4. Tap Close UPI Lite.
