So, you can pause a FIT rule anytime you want to.

Here's what you need to do:

• Scroll down on the app's Home screen 
• Tap on 'Active Rules' in the FIT rules section

You'll arrive at a section called 'My Rules'. Tap on any active rule and touch the 'Pause' button. 

You can come back and unpause at your convenience.
