Is there a fee for getting the first Physical Debit Card?

The first Physical Debit Card is free for Infinite, Prime, and Salary users. For Regular, Standard, and Plus, the fee is ₹299. Salary Basic users pay ₹399 + 18% GST, which is refunded once salary is credited and the plan is active.
