Yes. You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting help@fi.care. We will process your request as soon as possible. However, withdrawing your consent may limit access to some features on the Fi app — such as Credit Analyser and Personal Loans — which rely on your latest credit information.

Level 1:

Level 2:
If you have not received a satisfactory response within 10 working days, please send an email to our Escalations Desk at escalationsdesk@fi.care
Level 3:
If your issue has not been resolved or you are unsatisfied with the resolution at "Level 2" in 5 working days, you may reach out to the nodal grievance redressal officer, Mr Srinivas R, at grievanceofficer@fi.care.
We will update you on the status of your request via email.
Note: No issue can jump directly from Level 1 to Level 3!
