Card transactions

I’m not able to make any transactions. What do I do now?

Follow these steps:

  • Open the Fi app and go to the credit card page.
  • Tap on the card controls button and ensure they are turned on.
  • Note that sometimes, tap to pay, and international usage may be turned off by default.
