What is the minimum balance needed for a Federal Bank Savings Account on Fi?
For Plus, Infinite, Salary, or Prime account plans, maintaining the respective balances is recommended, but no penalty will be charged for non-maintenance.
Effective from 1st June 2025, for users on the Regular account plan, the following charges will apply if the required balance is not maintained:
Average Monthly Balance (AMB) required: ₹5000
AMB Fee (based on maintained balance):
AMB Balance Range Monthly Fee (₹) ₹4001 - ₹5000 ₹60 ₹3001 - ₹4000 ₹120 ₹2001 - ₹3000 ₹180 ₹1001 - ₹2000 ₹240 Upto ₹1000 ₹300
Note: The maximum charge can go up to ₹300/month with no annual cap.
