How do I order a Cheque book?

Only users on Fi who have completed their full KYC verification can receive a chequebook.

To order a chequebook, follow these steps:

  • Tap on your profile picture
  • Tap on “Service Request”
  • Select “Chequebook info”
  • Acknowledge the charges i.e ₹100+GST (18%) & confirm your address details
  • Enter your UPI PIN to confirm the request

You can track the progress of your request from the same page. Within 10 working days, we’ll door-deliver a 10-leaves chequebook.

Note: Currently, chequebooks can only be delivered to the communication address & it cannot be changed. Nonetheless, our team is working on adding this feature to our app, and we will notify you as soon as possible.
