Can I get a passbook?

Your Savings Account does not come with a passbook. 

However, we can send you a free and comprehensive snapshot of the cash in your account — whenever you want one. 

We do this with Smart Statements; it's our take on regular bank statements.

To view your bank statement: 

  • Tap on your Savings Account number seen on top of the Home screen
  • Select 'Statement'
  • Choose the duration for which you want the statement (like Last month, Last three months, Financial Year, or a custom range).
  • Once you've done that, tap on 'Send Email'.

 

Your statement will arrive within your registered email ID's inbox as a secure PDF. 

The email will have instructions on how you can safely open the statement.
