  • Please share the information needed to establish your identity. 
  • We'll block your Savings account and Debit Card to prevent fraudulent activity. 

Once you get a new device: 

  • Try acquiring a duplicate SIM from your teleservice provider. 
  • Install the Fi app on your device. 

 

Now, log in using your previously registered email ID. We'll verify your identity and automatically link your new device to your savings account. You can access your account after this.
