I'm unable to login to my app

Did you change your phone's lock code recently? If so, please use it to sign in to Fi. 

To log in to the Fi app, please use your latest Device Lock code or biometric fingerprint. 

In case you're still facing issues after unlocking your device: 

  • Check if you have logged into your Gmail or Apple account, which is the one linked to Fi. 
  • Log in to your account, then retry signing into the app. 

Pro Tip: There's no such thing as a 'Fi login PIN'. Don't let fraudsters make you think otherwise.
