Do I need a login PIN to access the Fi app?

Your Fi login PIN is the same as your phone login PIN.
You will not receive a separate login PIN by SMS to log in to the app.

Follow these steps to change your PIN

  • Tap on your profile icon on the home screen
  • Go to 'Privacy & Security'
  • Select 'App Login'
  • Follow the instructions to change the PIN.
