Fi Insights - Terms & Conditions

The Fi Insights T&Cs govern the ‘Insights’ features that may be available on the Fi App, which includes the ‘net worth’ feature. The Fi Insights T&Cs shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Fi terms and conditions, Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms and conditions that may be applicable (“Primary T&Cs”). All capitalized and/or undefined terms used herein and not defined shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Primary T&Cs.

a) The net worth feature available under Insights on the Fi App allows you to capture your assets and liabilities in one place. Such consolidation may happen in the following ways -

b) By accessing the net worth feature, you agree to have accepted these terms and further provide your consent to display your information related to services already being availed on the Fi App.

c) In the event you manually enter certain information, you hereby undertake to provide correct and accurate information and agree that we will use this information for the calculation of your net worth without any independent verification thereof.

d) You understand and acknowledge that the net worth that may be displayed is an approximation of your assets and liabilities based on information made available by you and may not be a true representation. You, therefore, understand and agree that you shall not rely on, share, or quote such net worth displayed for income tax, banking or any other reporting purposes. You are advised always to get your net worth verified by a qualified professional before using the same for official purposes.

e) You agree that we shall not be responsible for any claims, losses, damages, if any, that you may incur pursuant to any decisions that you may make based on the net worth calculated for you, and we disclaim all liability in this regard.

f) You understand and acknowledge that by providing this feature, we do not hold ourselves out to be qualified professionals or provide advice of any kind. You agree that the net worth display is only based on inputs and information made available by you.
